How We Engage
Scope, Embed, Deliver, AAR.
Engagements start with a scoping call. We confirm audience, event objectives, standards of evaluation, lane count, role player count, SFX complexity, and dates. You get a written quote within three business days. COTS packages available.
On execution, our team arrives with the SFX kit, role player roster, and OC/T cadre briefed to your published standard. After the event, we deliver an evaluation packet and AAR-ready observations from every embedded SME.
